Herbed Buttermilk Biscuits

3 cups All-Purpose Flour
2 Tablespoons Sugar
4 teaspoons Baking Powder
1 teaspoon Salt
1 teaspoon Baking Soda
1 Tablespoon fresh Thyme Leaves
1/2 stick butter
1 cup buttermilk

Heat oven to 425˚F.

Combine flour, sugar, baking powder, salt, baking soda and thyme.

Use your fingers to rub in butter until mixture resembles small peas.

Add buttermilk and stir until just combined.

Drop large spoonfuls onto a baking sheet and bake until golden. ~15 minutes.
